• Create a competitive private auction process by introducing the opportunity to the select group of most likely buyers
• Solicit initial indications of interest
• Prepare and support management in meetings with prospective buyers
• Assist in negotiating prices and terms
• Analyze the various offers and assist the Client in selecting the offer with the best combination of price and terms
• Lead Client through the closing process
